Eleni & Miguel - A Canadian and an American Tie The Knot!

Eleni is a Tigrayan Canadian and Miguel is a Salvadorean American. They both met while in school and continued their relationship afterward. Due to the pandemic, they decided to legally get married and wait to have their ceremony so they could celebrate with their friends and family. Over a two day affair, I got to enjoy a traditional Ethiopian wedding celebration which includes hand painting, traditional robes and a coffee ceremony. Did I mention that we also ate pupusas as well? (If you know you know!) Eleni & Miguel’s wedding was full of emotion, culture and incredible food!
